The ideal time to schedule your maternity photography session is between 28 and 34 weeks of pregnancy, when your baby bump has a beautiful, round shape while you still feel comfortable enough to pose. Every pregnancy is unique, however, so the perfect timing may vary depending on your body, your baby's position, and whether you're expecting one baby or multiples.
One of the most important pieces of advice I give every mom-to-be is to embrace this incredible chapter of your life. Pregnancy is beautiful, and your maternity photos should celebrate your strength, femininity, and the amazing journey into motherhood. You don't need to worry about posing or knowing what to do—I'll guide you through every pose, expression, and movement to create elegant, natural, and timeless portraits.

After hearing these conversations time and time again, I realized there wasn't one simple place where expecting mothers could organize everything throughout their pregnancy. That's what inspired me to create NOLU.
